Description:

Originally released in 1978, the Canon A1 is an advanced level SLR 35mm film camera. 

The A-1 accepts any lens with the Canon FD breech lock mount and 

offers an electronically controlled programmed autoexposure mode. 

Canon A-1 offers, manual exposure control, shutter priority, aperture priority & Program mode, being the first of it's kind to offer all 4 of the 'PASM' exposure modes. In Program mode, instead of the photographer picking a shutter speed to freeze or blur motion and choosing a lens aperture f-stop to control depth of field(focus), the photographer can rely on the A-1's microprocessor to automatically select a compromise exposure based on light meter input.

The camera shows signs of use & wear, such as scratches or scuffs. There may be some dust and minimal fungus.

FAIR
The camera shows signs of heavy use. There may be multiple visible scratches, dents, or other cosmetic blemishes; however, the camera still functions properly. There may be some dust and minimal fungus.

AS-IS
The camera is sold 'as-is', meaning it has a known defect that does not affect the cameras ability to take photos (e.g. broken flash, battery door, zoom, etc.). There may be some dust and minimal fungus. This is clearly noted in the product description & is not eligible for warranty. Please find warranty policy here.
